Alkersh Plast Share Holding Company established in June 2011 started production in April 2012 increased of production capacity 2014.
Alkersh-Plast has injection machines from 50 up to 1300 ton advanced German “Engel” machines. Distance between bar from 200 mm up to 1400 mm. weight per shout from 10 gram to 6500 gram. Mold thickness from 150 mm up to 1800 mm.
Alkersh-Plast has almost 100 molds and 6 injection machines. The injection production rate is up to 70 ton per month from different material types including Polyamide, Nylon, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Polycarbonate, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE and PET.
We also have considerable experience in maintenance complicated molds while guaranteeing its safety and taking into consideration extending its lifespan. Periodical maintenance of the machines and molds. Experienced in fixing machinery and molds in a short period of time. The capability of manufacturing a product free of technical flaws.
Our factory has teamwork of well-trained engineers to fulfill the international requirements for its clients.
The R&D department is currently developing the products as well as the production lines to cope the latest international criteria.
